about tracy
so, you want to know a little more about me eh? that’s sweet of you. thanks for taking some time out of your busy schedule to read my words. 
as i stated before, my name is tracy apps. my middle name is lynn. and yes, apps is really my last name. and yes, my attention does perk up when someone says “apps” in regards to a computer or web applications. it’s fitting that i should become a computer and web nerd with the last name of apps. i live in milwaukee wisconsin. i’m a true milwaukeean… i really love this city. i’ve lived around this great city my whole life. i’m also truly convinced that milwaukee is the largest “small town” that you’ll ever see.i am a college graduate and now own and run my own graphic design / web development / photography / social media consulting company. i have several websites, all with their own specific purpose. this one you are looking at right now is a place for me to display my artwork. it’s kinda like a giant online picture frame for the stuff i make. i also have a blog/podcast, a flickr account with lots of photos, a facebook fan page and several others which are listed in the sidebar on the right *points*
other random things about me: i don’t like typing in capital letters (can you tell? ). i’m very random. i love sticky notes. i have all mac computers. my car’s name is pedro. i’m a very passionate person. i trust people. i love hugs. i’m rarely without a camera. i’m addicted to buying tech gadgets. i stood in line for an iphone. i’m a drummer. i love danmark. i’ve had a blog since “before it was cool”. i’ve owned tracyapps.org since 2001. i’m a homeowner. i almost always have music playing around me. i love life. i write like i speak… and i probably am driving all you english majors and grammar junkies mad right now. i use old cds as coasters. i’m a compulsive email/myspace/facebook/(etc.) checker. i have a hard time throwing things away. i see art in everything. i twitter. despite my gripes with many things that Christians do, i still consider myself a Christian. i want to change the world. i have a secret love for RSS feeds (i guess it’s not that secret anymore). i’m easily distracted… especially with shiny things, nicely designed things and free wi-fi.
